PROJECT BRIEF

The simple looking building (refer existing image) has been lying vacant and unused since it was built in 2010. However, now the vicinity is attracting several IT and BPO companies. Hence, the developer wants to remodel the building into a smart looking office environment for a suitable IT tenant.

 

The proposed elevational treatment breaks the symmetry of existing building by introducing 2 slant fins at both ends. These fins also provide the much needed shade to the South-West facing facade. The colorful entrance feature provides vibrancy and youthfulness.
